What it is
A writing instrument with a fibre or felt tip saturated with liquid ink that flows by capillary action. Horie, of Tokyo Stationery, presented it in 1962-63.
Sidney Rosenthal patented the Magic Marker in the US around 1952-53, and Horie developed his independently; priority is disputed.
